A taste of history hosted by Bryan Wong will airs on Channel U on January 7 at 8pm. It is a nostalgic documentary which he will be tracing the heritage of local traditional foods around Singapore.
While looking at the first episode (history of Katong), I'm actually drooling at the foods that was being screened and in fact I'm still eating the foods that were served on that day as well.
I can't wait to see all the episodes to have a better understanding of the different distinctive dialect group's traditional food. AWESOME!
