Turkey Buah Keluak
Based on the name of the turkey, you should probably know that chef cook in Paranakan way. Its good that the turkey turns out not bad , not too dry or bland.
This is one of my favourite dish and this time round chef thought of using the succulent slipper lobsters to pair with the salted egg. Delicious ~~

After the starters and mains, how can we forget about the desserts :) Something sweet to end the night of that day !
Amara's Signature Chempedak Yule Log Cake (1kg) $65.00++
Chempedak Yule Log Cake is something that is worth the calories and definitely worth to try it. I personally never thought that Jackfruit can be such a great ingredients .
Another dessert you should try it too . Cempedak (Jackfruit) Crème Brulee was rich with creamy taste of cempedak yet smooth in texture.
