Not to forget, to welcome the year of Dog, Amara Singapore can also look forward to the tossing of salmon yu sheng, where the ingredients are arranged in the shape of a dog as shown below.

Instead of the well-known Durian selection, Amara Singapore delights you their own range of with Chempedak (Jackfruit) which includes Chempedak cake , Crème Brulee, Swiss Roll, Agar Agar, Pudding and Butter Cake. You should head down to try it and you will be surprised that Chempedak (Jackfruit) is also a good choice of main ingredients for the dessert.
Out of all the choices, 2 of my favourites goes to Chempedak Cake and Chempedak Crème Brulee.
