328 Katong Laksa in Singapore

After a 10km run last month , my friend brought us the few of us who ran that day for a bowl of delicious 'Katong Laksa' at 328 Katong Laksa which is situated alongside East Coast Road. To be truth, that is my first time trying out the famous 'Katong Laksa' which everyone raves about it. All of us ordered a small bowl of laksa ($4) together with their fish otah.

328 Katong Laksa gravy is rich and bursting with flavour because of the coconut milk, laksa leaves and dried shrimp.

The white thick noodles were cut into shorter length so that customers can simply scoop them with the spoon and the plus point is that you will not have to worry that it will create a big mess on the clothing. Other than the length, the noodles were cooked perfectly and provided a springy taste. In the bowl of laksa, shredded fishcakes and fresh prawns are also added that provide a contrasting texture to the noodles. To me, I feel that the laksa is not that spicy, therefore if you want to have more kick to your laksa, the sambal paste can be found on every table.

If you are coming to have a bowl of laksa, don't forget to order their big otah as well. Love it !
