Brief introduction of Cedele:
Founded in 1997, Cedele deliver comfort food with a creative twist with ingredients that are fresh and natural. All the recipes that Cedele committed are all in their natural form, free of artificial additives, no trans fat and no refined sugar.

Today, they have multiple Cedele outlets in Singapore, just click on the link above and walk-in to have a taste of their foods.

I was kindly invited by Cedele to enjoy their foods so I bought boyf over the weekends at Wheelock to explore. I'm glad that we found a new favourite restaurant as both of us love the restaurant concept and not forgetting the foods.

As we entered into the restaurant, I can see many beautiful and delicious cakes, bread display out. ** We will definitely try their cakes - both boyf and me agreed!
To be honest, we took quite some time to choose what we are having as they have too many choices. And finally we decided on our drinks with Apple Cranberry Cinnamon Lassi (left side) and Mango Lassi (Right side). Both drinks at the price of $6.70 each. To compare, I will prefer the Mango Lassi as the former gives a very strong cinnamon taste but still acceptable to me.
For the main - Rosemary sea salt chicken ($23.20)
Grilled succulent chicken, scented with rosemary. lightly seasoned with sea salt. Served with Apple Cranberry sauce, rosti potato and salad greens.
Not sure why, but it turns out that the chicken is a little bit dry but overall it's nice and our first time experience having chicken served with apple cranberry sauce. *The apples are cut into big chucks for you to bite.
Red Chilli Crab Pasta - $17.50
Choice of Linguine, Penne, wholemeal spaghetti to go along with the cooked crabmeat with red chilli tomato sauce. I chose the wholemeal spaghetti. Love the fish - moist and it's just melt into my mouth.
Carrot Walnut ($6.50)
Moist carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Feel like having it one now!!! I would say that the desserts were the climax of the meal. To me, I feel that their carrot walnut cakes are moist and they do put in generously amount of carrots and walnuts.
Dark chocolate Fudge ($7)
And our last dessert - 3 layers of moist dark chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. It's my liking as it's not so sweet.
