MOIST BANANA CUPCAKE RECIPE

Having a delicious and successful banana cupcake - key ingredient to work on is definitely the bananas. Without a fully ripe banana to add into your recipe it will then cause quite a difference in your banana cupcakes.

INGREDIENTS : 
1) 250g SALTED BUTTER 
2) 190g CASTER SUGAR 
3) 4 EGGS 
4) 1 tsp VANILLA ESSENCE 
5) 4 tbsp MILK
6) MASHED BANANAS (ABOUT 4 LARGE BANANAS) 
7) 219g PLAIN FLOUR + 1g BICARBONATE OF SODA & 1 tsp BAKING POWDER
 (SIFTED ALL THE FLOUR TOGETHER) 


METHODS: 
1) Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl.

2) Add eggs , vanilla essence and milk. Mix well.

3) Mashed the bananas and add in bit by bit, Mix well.

4) Add in sifted flour and mix well.

5) After mixing all the ingredients pour into a cake tin (filled with cupcakes paper).

6) Bake in pre-heated over at 160 degree Celsius for an hour. After 40 minutes do check if the cupcakes are ready and see if the top layers turn brown. If yes, cover it with aluminum foil to prevent the cupcakes being burned.

RECIPE:

5) 4 tbsp milk
6) Mashed bananas (about 4 large bananas)
7) 219g of plain flour + 1g of bicarbonate of soda and 1tsp baking powder

Procedures: 
1) Cream butter ans sugar in mixing bowl
2) Add eggs, vanilla essence and milk. Mix well.
3) Add in mashed eggs and mix well.
4) Add in sifted lour and milk well and pour into a cake tin
5) Bake in preheated over at 160 degree Celsius for an hour. After 40 minutes do check if the cupcakes are ready and see if the top layers turn brown. If yes, cover it with aluminum foil to prevent the cupcakes being burned.
6) Enjoy the cake
