By renee - November 09, 2014

Paul - established in 1889 in Lille, France has grown into a worldwide with 500 boulangeries in 31 countries. In Singapore, Paul expands it's 6th outlet at Marina Bay Link Mall Basement 2 located around the Central Business District. This will definitely bring good news to the people working near there to enjoy their handmade traditional and specialty French breads or even main courses. In addition, they are going to open another outlet at Changi Airport Terminal 3.

A great place to hang out with your colleagues and friends over a cup of coffee with their freshly baked bread.

All the products offered by Paul are of high standards. Mr.Maxime Holder, Chairman of Paul International said, "No matter which part of the world you are in, you will always enjoy the same nutty flavour as in France.

Find one day and sink your teeth into a yummy rustic French sandwiches. Not forgetting, their desserts and main courses too.

Scroll down and check out what are the 6 items that I have tasted out of the 26 new dishes , desserts and beverages.
Before the mains and desserts, we are served with bread accompanied with Paul own brand butter and jam.
Sage Camomile Ice Tea ($7.50)
Blend of Camomile, lemon, honey and sage to soothe your senses.

Had this calming blend of drink to enjoy my foods.
Salade de la Mer ($20.90)
Refreshing seafood salad of succulent sauteed prawns, mussels and octopus topped with creamy avocado, tangy grapefruit and slices of red radish.

For  a lighter, low carbohydrate option, this is highly recommended. The greens are chopped in a smaller bite-size for easy consume. Sweet, tangy and refreshing salad to enjoy with.  Tartine boeuf  ($19.90)
Sirloin steak grilled to perfection on a bed of herb cream cheese , caramelised onions topped with a dash of balsamic glazing.

The Sirloin steak is done perfectly medium rare and juicy. It is a great combination together with the country bread and caramelised onions. Meat lovers will going to love it!
Longe de thon ($29.90)
Seasoned tuna loin grilled to perfection served with roasted vegetables and a seasonal cranberry sauce.

First time trying out grilled seasoned tuna or rather my first time eating tuna as I'm a person who don't eat raw. Since it's grilled might as well I gave it a try. As a first timer eating this, I would said that it's a unique dish to begin with. Oh yah ... did I mentioned I love every bits of the vegetables they served - roasted asparagus, sweet carrot ..
Confit de canard ($28.90)
Slow roast herb marinated duck leg, served with roasted vegetables and seasonal cranberry sauce.

Highly recommeded! And the fact is the duck leg is marinated for 2 days before it was being roasted and served. The marinated duck leg is tender, flavourful (especially together with their seasonal cranberry sauce) and crispy. Definitely worth a try!
Eclair Paris-Brest ($7.50)
Traditional choux pastry with hazelnut cream.

Have you seen such a big Eclair? I admitted, that's my first time seeing it in Singapore. I thought éclair will only goes well with chocolate. However, I'm wrong this time as this almond -flaked choux pastry with hazelnut cream and caramelised hazelnuts won my heart as well. I love the addition of the caramelised hazelnuts to give me the crunchy bites
Gaufre avec glace ($13.90)
Waffle with fresh berries, vanilla soft ice cream and a drizzle of homemade chocolate sauce.

Ending my meal with this crispy waffle that is unlike from the usual fluffy ones. The vanilla soft ice cream is yummy!

Hope you guys enjoy looking at my post (:
Ending my food tasting with this lovely PAUL Christmas hamper containing their own specialty Jam to be brought home. You too, can purchase this hamper starting from 20 Nov at any of their outlets.
