Ricciotti Singapore 10th Anniversary

Ricciotti Singapore opened at Riverwalk in October 2004 is celebrating their 10 wonderful years of authentic Italian cuisine with an updated of its menu with new flavours and excitements. Mentioned from the Managing Director, Ottavio Gori, there will be more art installations and musical talents lined up ! I'm getting excited ~

The night started off with delicious appetizer - Carpaccio Di Polpo, Asparagi Alla Griglia, Polenta Herb Fries, Panzerotti and Nizzadra Salad (Mesclun,fresh tuna loin,quail eggs,green beans,cherry tomatoes, cumubers, anchovies and sherry dressing).

My favourite would be the Polenta Herb Fries accompany with the truffle mushroom sauce as well as the Asparagi alla Griglia (asparagus wrapped in parma ham). 
I just love the smoky flavour from the asparagus wrapped with a hint of saltiness of parma ham. Yummy!
Up next - Pasta (LINGUINE AL GRANCHIO) , Risotto (RISOTTO AI FRUTTI DI MARE) and Gnocchi (GNOCCHI AL GORGONZOLA).  Out of the three, Gnocchi might not be my choice as i find it to be overly cheesy. 
You have to try Linguine Al Granchio when you are there! 
Linguine Al Granchio, a touch of chilli and chunks of crabmeat together with the tomato sauce is something that I will come for more and finish it up. Other than this, Risotto is quite flavourful too! 
The Mains - Cod Fillet, Chicken Skewers and Grilled Pork Ribs. The Cod Fillet is divine in every aspect. The moist fish melts in my mouth and it's so healthy and yummy to me. Just when you thought that the Cod Fillet wins the battle, another main come to me as a surprise too - the Grilled Pork Ribs. 

Grilled Pork Ribs is another of my favourite. When you starts to bite it, the meat is tender and it's simply just fall off from the bones and definitely saliva -inducingly smoky. 
Porcini mushrooms, cow's milk and cheese 
Topped with black truffle, quail eggs and mushrooms. It's my first time hearing black truffle in pizza and definitely not going to be forgotten. It tastes so good!

Of course, not forgetting to end it with DESSERTS
Soffiato - soft and moist. Perfect with the stracciatella gelato.
